Channel Telecom has just finished its first year as a partner of BT Retail’s indirect channel on a high. The company says the total value of contracts won in the period far exceeded expectations on all sides, and smashed the targets Channel had set itself.
Clifford Norton, MD of Channel Telecom, said “I am delighted with the results we’ve achieved this year, which demonstrate the strength of the BT Retail offering when sold through the independent partner channel. BT did a great job in getting us up to speed with their systems and processes, and I’m encouraged by the continued enhancements they are making to portfolio, systems and commissions.”
