Fastest growing business telecoms provider, Channel Telecom has expanded its premises to provide space for additional staff joining the company. More office space has been acquired adjacent to the Channel House in Essex to accommodate the new joiners.
Continued dynamic growth means that Channel Telecom is recruiting two additional first-line support staff to manage enquiries from channel partners and their customers. The company is also recruiting an IT support technician to assist with technical issues regarding Channel Telecom’s growing portfolio of VoIP products and broadband connectivity.
The premises expansion and new staff recruitment, follows the recent appointment of Vanessa Lee as Marketing Manager for the company and Matt Donaldson as Channel Manager at the end of 2012. Channel Telecom has more than doubled turnover every year since establishment in 2009 and this year revenues are predicted to exceed £6 million.
For Channel Telecom, Clifford Norton, Managing Director stated, “We are seeing massive uptake in our solutions portfolio, especially in the areas of Ethernet and hosted telephony. More and more customers are switching to the cloud for storage, services and apps. To ensure we maintain the highest standards of service delivery we are recruiting skilled support staff to meet and exceed our partners’ expectations. Our premises expansion and increased staffing levels reflect the success of Channel Telecom as a supplier of network services.”
