Chess has announced that it ranked Number 31 in the 2007 Deloitte Technology Fast 50, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the UK & Ireland. Rankings are based on average percentage revenue growth over five years. Chess grew 1288 percent in this period.
Chief Executive, David Pollock credits the hard work and determination of Chess people and a commitment to quality, service and innovation, with the company’s 1288 per cent revenue growth over the past five years.
“Making the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 is a testament to Chess’ commitment to technology,” he said. “This is the second year Chess has made the national list. Deloitte Fast 50 measures sustained revenue growth over five years, so being included a second time is an impressive achievement. We are proud of our continued growth and inclusion in the list demonstrates our vision and determination to grow in a challenging and competitive industry.”
“Growing the top line enough to make the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 is especially meaningful during competitive times for the technology sector,” said Simon Kerton-Johnson, Chairman of Deloitte’s UK & Ireland Fast 50. “It is clear Chess has implemented a focused growth strategy and has the vision and drive to execute it. We congratulate Chess on becoming one of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the UK.”
