Networks First, an independent provider of support services for network infrastructure has been awarded Silver status by Cisco and achieved an outstanding customer loyalty rate of 100% in its bi-annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.
In the independent audit Cisco’s UK Services Partner of the Year was reaccredited with its silver status for the seventh consecutive year. By reviewing its processes and procedures, Networks First delivered clear experience and impressive service delivery in order to keep the accreditation.
At the same time Networks First’s Cisco customers were also asked to score the company on the quality of its service delivery and gave Networks First an impressive overall satisfaction score of 4.88 out of 5.
