Comms-care has expanded its Management team with five new appointments from within the business. The appointments are in response to Comms-care experiencing record growth, as many of the IT Channel’s top 100 VARs look to outsource their IT support requirements to a trusted, highly experienced strategic partner.
The newly appointed Management team, Matt Long as Head of Technical Services, Joey Ghader as Sales Manager, Rachel Mander as Service Desk Manager, Pete Murphy as Sales Manager and Neil Bryers as HR Manager, join the current Management team and will report directly into the Comms-care Board.
Ben Davies, Managing Director of Comms-care, said on the latest appointments, “As Comms-care continues to grow, it is important to have a focussed and solid management structure that forms the foundations for future growth. These additions to the management team ensure that all areas of the business are represented and that the day-to-day operations of the organisation are pulling in the same direction and not in individual silos. This in turn has a positive impact on productivity and streamlines efficiencies so the end result is enhanced customer service to all our channel partners.”
The expansion of the Management team comes within 12 months of the move to their new state-of-the-art headquarters, the welcoming of four new Board members and Comms-care’s biggest recruitment drive to date. These developments are in response to supporting an ever increasing customer base across a comprehensive portfolio of new and existing IT services.
