IT support service company Comms-care recently announced that they have rewarded their top sales staff with an outdoor adventure trip to the Arctic Circle. The high achievers were joined by members of the Comms-care Senior Management Team on a 4 day trip to celebrate their success throughout the year.
In order to qualify for this trip of a lifetime the Comms-care sales team were incentivised to achieve some very challenging targets over a 12 month period. The incentive, named ‘The Elite Club’ was designed to reward the very cream of Comms-care’s sales team – those who had gone that extra mile in very difficult market conditions.
The trip itself was to the Lapland region of Finland bordering on the Arctic Circle where the team embarked on winter activities that included Go-Karting on Ice, Skiing, Snowmobiling and Husky Sledding.
Ben Davies, Sales Director at Comms-care commented “With market conditions being very challenging last year we wanted to introduce an incentive event that would push our sales team to their maximum ability. With more and more resellers looking to outsource their IT support Comms-care have had a very positive year but there is no doubt that by adding ‘The Elite Club’ to the mix we have definitely seen that extra push from the sales team, especially in the final quarter of the year.”
Due to the success of ‘The Elite Club’ Comms-care will be running the incentive over the next 12 months as they continue to grow their market share and service offering within channel.
