Comms-care Senior Account Manager enters the fast lane

Comms-care, leader in the provision of channel network and IT Support services recently proved that hard work does pay off when they presented top sales person, Rob Darby with a Porsche 911 Turbo for achieving an amazing 400% sales target.

During his 4 years at Comms-care, Rob has built strong business relationships with resellers, managing large accounts in the channel which has involved maintaining, installing and managing their Customer’s infrastructure. Through determination and an enthusiastic approach Rob has worked closely with his clients to understand their issues and through the Comms-care service delivery teams has provided concise and efficient support solutions.

Rob comments on what he thinks is the key to his continued success: “The fact that Comms-care is a channel only based organisation is a distinct advantage when selling IT support services. Resellers are increasingly realising the benefits of having a dedicated support services company to manage their Customers networks 24/7.”
