TeleWare and Comms Factory, an organisation specialising in white label services for the provision, management and support of intelligent converged communication solutions, have announced that Comms Factory have qualified as the first TeleWare Principal Reseller with channel competency for TeleWare hosted applications.
Comms Factory will deliver the full portfolio of hosted telephony services, including corporate mailbox facilities, call recording on-demand and instant conferencing, all over their own uncontended MPLS network to their partner base from the TeleWare platforms at Docklands and Heathrow. Comms Factory is the first TeleWare partner to successfully complete the channel certification programme and reach full accreditation, demonstrating both technical and sales competency in the design and supply of hosted solutions and the ability to configure and manage the hosted services provisioning and billing.
Comms Factory will provide a 2 tier distribution capability for the TeleWare Hosted Services, providing the channel competency necessary to support and manage a substantial channel of partners. ”Partners have already signed and are ready to deploy services today,” advised Ed Stonestreet, Sales and Marketing Director of Comms Factory. “We are working with a further twelve of our existing partners who are in the process of becoming certified and pipeline business from the end customer is ramping up at a tremendous rate,” added Stonestreet.
Comms Factory enables Intelligent Converged Communications through providing connectivity, hardware, services, administration, support and system management. The partnership with TeleWare Hosted Services will allow them to extend the portfolio offering to new and existing Business Partners, integrating this with their existing relationships with interconnect providers and enabling their Business Partners to secure additional revenue through hosted service offerings and interconnection minutes for hosted services.
“The relationship with Comms Factory is very important to TeleWare,” explained Peter Orr, Group Sales Director at TeleWare. “Initially, we were working on a single tier distribution model to ensure our partners had the necessary expertise and understanding in place but, in today’s market, the solutions are increasingly dependable and, therefore, the model has become more repeatable”, added Orr. “In this market, partnering with a company with Comms Factory’s high level of channel competency will allow us to continue to offer quality support to an increased number of 2nd tier resellers, representing a rapidly growing route to market,” he concluded.
“Comms Factory’s strong channel competency will be able to spread the TeleWare Hosted Services more rapidly over a wider market. We will be supporting Comms Factory with support, sales assistance and marketing programmes to assist them in supporting the growing channel of second tier partners,” commented Lesley Hansen, Group Marketing Director at TeleWare.
