Commsoft have announced that from 6th November, all new end user customers and existing resellers should call the main Commsoft telephone number for technical support.
‘I have received numerous complaints about the activity of the outgoing support operation, One4Tech (trading as Commsoft Support) from dealers. I appointed Purley based One4Tech in good faith but after continual instances of invoicing dealer’s customer direct for support, despite my disapproval of these practices, I have chosen not to renew their contract.
“Dealers can be assured that we will be contacting them shortly to ask them on an individual basis how they would like their customers to be supported and never again will any of their customers receive extortionate proforma invoices which cut them out of the loop”, says Anthony Church, MD of Commsoft. “The support operation has been bought in-house, with experienced Commsoft staff fielding the calls.”

If dealers or their customer receive any unsolicited invoices for support, then they should contact the main Commsoft office in Evesham or their Commsoft account manager who will happy to assist.
