We knew that when we were looking to partner with a world class provider of solutions to manage communication usage and costs, there was really only one name to consider – CTI Group.”
Proteus is designed to help end user companies clearly understand communication activity by capturing and recording data on incoming, outgoing and internal communications directly from a PBX or IP telephony system. Proteus provides telecommunications analysis in real time, automatically interprets this data and presents it in professional management reports. Businesses use Proteus to reduce costs and improve employee productivity through cost allocation, monitoring phone usage, increasing network efficiency, verification of phone bills and monitoring call traffic including employee phone activity.
SmartRecord is a feature rich cost effective voice recording solution compatible with both traditional PBX and IP based telephony systems. Typically SmartRecord is utilised by businesses to fulfil regulatory compliance, aid staff training, to effectively resolve disputes or to generally monitor employee telephony performance. Call access and playback is via a secure web interface.
