Daisy Distribution is delighted after the results of its first partner survey revealed an impressive 91% of the participants would recommend Daisy Distribution to their peers.
Taking place earlier this year, the objective of the survey was to provide a view into the service a partner receives throughout their journey with the distributor. When asked to rate their satisfaction of the experience they have had with the different business areas, the following percentage of participants rated their experience highly with; business development manager (76%), sales support (87%), connections team (89%), delivery & dispatch (91%) and the time management of commission payments (75%).
Marketing Director, Julien Parven comments: “As the first survey of its kind, we were really happy with the number of partners who took part and by the results we achieved. It was clear from the responses that the personal approach we take with our partners is an element of our service which they really appreciate.
“As well as making us aware of the services which our partners are happy with, the survey results also highlighted areas that we may need to focus on in the future. It is a great way to allow our partners to voice their opinions and for us as a business to continuously improve our service to our partners.”
The survey results support Daisy Distribution’s 2013 strategy of increasing partner numbers and the number of products and services which it offers its base, while developing various areas of the business.
Following the success of this initial survey, Distribution will be holding a similar survey annually, with smaller quarterly surveys targeting specific areas of the business.
