Deloitte Identifies ATC as Fast Growing Technology Company

ATC Group has been named by Deloitte as amongst its Top 500 fastest growing technology companies in terms of revenue growth across the EMEA region. Rankings are based on percentage revenue growth over five years, from 2002–2006.

The Company has grown dramatically since being founded by Alex Tupman in 1999 with revenues growing from £10.9m in 2002 to £54.1m in 2006 – a 496% increase over this period.

ATC has in that time purchased distributor Rocom, reseller Sterry and network services company T-Liaison.

ATC successfully floated on the AIM market in 2005 and has delivered steady growth via select strategic acquisitions. The Company says it is profitable and dividend paying, with 70% of its revenues recurring. Recent contract wins include multimillion pound deals with clients such as BT, Cable and Wireless, HMV and DSG International.

Alex Tupman, Chief Executive of ATC, commented: “I am delighted that our performance has been recognised by Deloitte. We have grown the business successfully via select acquisitions over the last few years and now have a business model in place which delivers profitable growth and strong recurring revenues. We have an excellent client base, significant market opportunities and I look forward to continued growth over the medium term.”

"Making the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 is commendable in today’s highly competitive technology industry," said Eric Morgain, partner in charge of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 EMEA program. "We congratulate AT Communications Group plc on being one of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in EMEA."
