INDEPENDENT company Diva Telecom is breaking new ground by offering a white-labelled SMS service to resellers.
Founder and Managing Director of the ambitious Leeds-based company, Erica Lewis, explained the move, from its DivaTxt division, was in response to a gap in the market – and had already picked up a raft of new business.
“Most resellers at some stage will be asked if they offer text messaging and they’ll most likely pass the customer onto someone else,” she said, “Now they won’t have to.”
“This way our partners get to retain control over their customers, add to their core services and generate additional revenue. We saw there was a demand for this, have invested in the latest technology and are very happy with the way it’s going.”
Clients wanting to use the white-labelled service will pay a fee for its advanced back-end text service function and buy text credits at discounted rates.
Founded in 2006, Diva Telecom’s business model includes extensive partnering as well as working direct with clients, which range from local schools to multinationals such as HTC.
Ms Lewis added: “We understand that our partners need to compete profitably in a price-sensitive market so have opened up the entire DivaTxt product range. Our partnerships come with the backing of a secure and long-term relationship.”
Diva Telecom provides international business numbers and call-routing as well as business mobile and landline solutions. It has dedicated SMS and teleconferencing divisions.
