Entanet encourages more feedback from partners

Entanet is encouraging more of its partners to provide feedback on its services and the direction they’d like to see the company take through the popular Idea Network and Partner Forum areas of its synergi reseller portal.

Although the company has already implemented 76 suggestions from partners, it still wants more and has repeated its call for input in its recent newsletters and partner communications.

Darren Farnden, Head of Marketing at Entanet said: “We truly value the feedback, ideas and suggestions we get from our partners. After all, they’re the ones who deal with end user customers every day and have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. We consider every suggestion our partners make. We’ve already implemented a whole range of their ideas and there are many others that we’re currently looking at.”

Through the Idea Network, resellers can suggest ways in which any aspect of Entanet’s services, systems and procedures might be improved or enhanced. They can see other ideas, agree or disagree with them by voting, as well as provide further comments. Entanet regularly monitors the feedback provided and updates their status of ‘live’ ideas online, so partners can always see how they are progressing.

Some of the ideas implemented so far include:

•Automatically identifying which connections could potentially be upgraded to a newer technology (e.g. ADSL to FTTC)
•Creating a mobile version of synergi for partners on the move
•Expanding its simultaneous orders functionality to include ADSL2+ connections
•Detailing the reason for DSL disconnections, so partners can quickly diagnose customers’ connectivity issues
•Providing a detailed top-up history report for all broadband connections to aid up-selling

Meanwhile, in the secure Partner Forum, resellers can openly discuss a range of industry topics and issues as well as share their experiences in developing business. Launched last summer, this has proved very popular and has a variety of current discussion threads, including the impact of customers’ changing bandwidth use on today’s broadband products , the opportunities around providing online backup services, and IPv6 availability and adoption.
