Exchequer Dynamics Partners with Node4

Exchequer Dynamics has extended its relationship with Node4 to enable the company to offer joint hosted solutions to customers via Node4’s enterprise grade data centres. The new partnership reflects the growing demand for cloud based data solutions. By becoming a full partner within Node4’s Partner Programme, Exchequer Dynamics is adding a significant new capability for its customers, meeting this demand and guaranteeing outstanding levels of customer service.

Having successfully launched its exclusive ‘Magento to Exchequer’ API connector offering in November 2013, Exchequer Dynamics wanted to enhance its customer service in tandem. By providing joint hosting via Node4, Exchequer Dynamics can provide its customers with access to a data centre solution with the highest levels of resiliency, redundancy and security.

The joint hosting arrangement also means Exchequer Dynamics can provide its customers with faster response times and quicker resolutions.

Exchequer Dynamics’ managing director Peter Marsh said: “Working with Node4 has already enabled us to have a far more sophisticated IT infrastructure than a company of our size could usually expect to deploy, which has been hugely beneficial for our business.

“We have created a powerful new tool with our Magento and Exchequer integration and we needed to step up our service levels in order to realise the maximum benefits of the work we have put in to our integration. Node4’s service levels are exceptional, so the fact that we will now be able extend that to our customers through joint hosting solutions is going to be of enormous value to us.”

Paul Bryce, Business Development Director, Node4, added: “We always take pride in enabling our customers to grow their business with the technology we provide and Exchequer Dynamics are a great example of the success that can be achieved. Working in closer collaboration is a win-win for both companies and we look forward to continuing to grow together.”
