Hosted telephony supplier Titan Technology has come up with two new innovative marketing strategies to help their resellers win more business.
Sales Director Rob Murdoch explains, “As a result of talking to our resellers to find out how we can help them gain more business we have launched two great new services for our channel partners. Firstly we have produced for them a white label Ecommerce web site application which will enable them to take orders for hosted telephony automatically.
The application, which integrates seamlessly with our service provisioning portal, will enable hosted telephony orders, including line provision and handsets, to be placed on the resellers web site. Once an order is placed the service can be live in as little as 20 minutes.”
Titan says that payments are taken by the secure PayPal system and that all the resellers has to do is chose from the different styles and colours available, upload their logo and set their own pricing levels.
In a second initiative Titan is investing in Google ‘Ad Clicks’ which will see valuable sales leads passed directly to their resellers.
Murdoch concludes, “Setting up an Ecommerce site is neither cheap nor easy for many resellers so this free service from Titan Technology, together with the Google Ad Clicks sales leads, is a real value added benefit for our channel partners.”
