Frontier Voice & Data, the telephony and data network services provider, has bucked the recessionary trend by achieving above target growth through 2009. The company has also considerably increased its reseller and dealer partner channel in addition to posting record sales figures with its very strong partner proposition.
“2009 has seen phenomenal growth for us”, confirms Michael J Thornton, Sales & Marketing Director for Frontier Voice & Data. In June the company added three new Business Developments Managers to the team to manage the expanded partner channel. “It’s critical when growing a partner channel that standards of service are maintained and not diluted. Our expanded business development team has achieved that, while continuing to add resellers and dealers to our partner base”, Thornton explains.
Expansion of the partner channel has led to a sharp rise in turnover. “Our figures are rocketing up, despite the economic downturn. As pressure on costs increases for businesses, demand for new cost-saving technologies such as hosted solutions has shot up. Ironically the recession has been a boost for new converged comms solutions and by employing a variety of new products and services to meet the modern day demands of business, we are experiencing exponential growth and are driving through the recession. Some might say what recession?”
Thornton believes that Frontier Voice & Data’s expansion will continue into 2010. “We have ambitious growth plans and are investing in our service provision with continued developments to our new website and partner portal and a programme of imaginative sales incentives for our reseller and dealer partners. Now is definitely the right time to be joining Frontier Voice & Data, the channels Reseller of Choice”
