Gamma announces name change for its Benelux subsidiaries

Gamma Communications has announced that its Benelux-based subsidiary companies, Dean One and gnTel, will come together as Gamma Communications Nederland.

Dean One and gnTel were acquired in 2018 and 2020 respectively and offer a wide range of communications solutions for all segments of the business market.

Since the acquisitions, Dean One and gnTel have been central to Gamma’s European expansion and have seen continuous growth in their market. The rebranding allows the two companies to further align themselves with Gamma Communications and to present a more unified front in Europe as the parent company continues to strengthen its position in the market.

Andrew Taylor, CEO, Gamma, said, “We are delighted to announce Dean One and gnTel’s name change. We have worked closely with our Benelux team to continue to consolidate the Gamma name in the European market and this is a great step towards the realisation of our long-term strategy. This announcement not only solidifies our position but also lays the foundations for a unified Gamma across the UK and Europe.”

Gerben Wijbenga, CEO, Gamma Communications Nederland, added, “This announcement is a positive development for all involved and we are excited to further contribute to Gamma’s growth strategy as Gamma Communications Nederland. Together with our partners, and with the support of our parent company, we will be able to provide our customers with better service and solutions from one, trusted party.”

For Gamma, this name change represents the first step in its long-term strategy towards establishing one integrated company across all its European subsidiaries.
