Gamma Telecom has released BrandBuilder, claiming it is the only mobile dealer offering on the market today that offers mobile dealers customer ownership without revenue commitments, allowing them to build value into their business and brand.
BrandBuilder offers dealers both a cost plus competitive tariff and a bundle tariff and includes value added services such as email and mobile broadband. It allows dealers to focus on selling the mobile packages, with Gamma taking care of all the back-office tasks.
Gamma delivers the full suite of back office tasks which include handset fulfilment , managed billing with the dealers’ brand, first line support, end user contracts and the network services including CDRs, portals, SIMs, credit checking and fraud tools.
