Genius Networks has announced that it is providing network services to Focus Group. Genius Networks will be providing Focus Group with connectivity solutions, enabling Focus to deliver fully converged VoIP and cloud services, and ensuring Focus customers receive the quality of service they require throughout the UK and globally.
Luke Hunt, Head of Network Services, Focus Group said: “We chose to work with Genius Networks for a number reasons: Their network has been specifically configured for voice which means we can promise our customers guaranteed QoS. Genius’ multi vendor relationships mean we can access any business service our customers need with the operational and cost benefits of converged connectivity. Their international reach is a capability outside the scope of most UK based aggregators. Finally, the flexibility and technical expertise of the Genius team sealed the deal.”
Focus Group will be using the Genius Portal for quotes and tracking orders. The Portal provides easy access to key services, including a pricing tool allowing instant quoting from all the main carriers across the UK and the world. On acceptance of the quote, Focus Group’s order is delivered for provisioning and deployment automatically.
Luke said: “When it comes to pricing and implementing connectivity solutions, online services delivered from the Genius Portal makes life easy.”
James Arnold-Roberts, Genius Director, said: “Focus Group has built up a tremendous customer base through excellent technology provision and a strong core network to provide cloud and hosted services. What Genius adds is the reach and connectivity to enable Focus to achieve the full potential of their solutions with the reliability they need.”
