Griffin has announced that as well as being their best ever month for order intake February was also their best month yet for on-time delivery with 96% of orders delivered within CDD (Contractual Delivery Date).
Michael Cox, Head of Customer Operations at Griffin says, “Over the last few months we have really focussed on streamlining processes within the business and with our suppliers. By investing in automation and skilled staff we have seen delivery success rates steadily improve, despite a leap in orders and the completion of some major MPLS projects. The process for our Partners getting quotes and ordering Ethernet is paperless with minimal manual intervention and we are now concentrating on doing the same with our suppliers for orders and updates. Even though we use eight different Ethernet networks covering thousands of POPs we still generate an update for every Ethernet order at least once a week.”
