Only a month after launching an online tool that automatically gets best prices from up to eight different Ethernet carriers, Griffin has released an ‘app’ for Android devices that does the same.
The reseller’s salesperson can enter their customer’s requirement into the phone whilst they are sat in front of them and the prices are then emailed within minutes in the body of the email and in a spreadsheet attachment.
Getting a quote to their customer quickly often gives a reseller a better chance of winning the business. It also means that their customer is likely to order much more quickly, boosting revenues and margins. Salespeople are bound to appreciate the ease of use and reduction in administration time.
