Imago Group has announced a growth in sales of Polycom video conferencing solutions against a backdrop of static and often reduced sales across the rest of the video conferencing industry reported during 2013.
Sales between the end of January 2013 and the beginning of February 2014 have seen a rise of almost 18% across Imago’s UK and French operations over the same period in the previous year. This is in stark contrast with announcements from some of the industry’s leading manufacturers who have typically announced falling sales in recent years.
“The continued growth in sales of Polycom products is down to the value that we add,” said Ian Vickerage, Managing Director at Imago Group. “Polycom’s solutions are of the highest quality, but what we offer as a distributor is sales expertise, marketing knowledge, training and technical support. This gives our channel additional expertise and this is leading to higher sales.”
