Launched in April 2014, Invosys will have a renewed focus on communications software and product innovation, after the acquisition was made to increase the product suite and level of technical expertise available to customers.
Based in state –of-the art purpose built premises on the outskirts of Manchester, the new company has seen some senior management changes, along with several new additions to the team.
Adam Patton takes the helm as Managing Director, while In Call Solutions Co-Founder Peter Crooks will focus on a commercial and customer relationship role.
Amina Marfoua, of Alternative Networks, joins as Head of Products bringing over 6 years experience, while Stephanie Warwick and Andrew Lindley join the customer support team.
The product development team sees the arrival of Tanya Schultz from Global Capacity as Tester and Jim O’Brien from Bolland & Lower as Graphics Designer, as well as Hernan Carreras as a Java Developer, all of whom will work on innovation and product functionality.
Adam Patton said, “This is the beginning of exciting times for Invosys and our vision is to become the global innovators in the communication software industry, at the forefront of product development.
“The acquisition of T5C Ltd, along with our new team’s level of expertise, combines the professionalism of a blue chip with the flexibility of a tech start up, setting us well on the way to achieving this goal.
