Inclarity Extends their Executive Team

Inclarity has announced two further key executive appointments, another hallmark of a long-term expansion programme for its Hosted VoIP business in the UK. The recent growth of its management team spells a renewed focus for Inclarity on direct and channel sales, coming on the heels of Adrian Hughes’ appointment as CEO in December 2006.

Dave Millett, formerly a director of business development and marketing for Nortel, has joined Inclarity as operations director. In his new role Millett will oversee business development, marketing and operations for Inclarity. Further building its channel sales team, Inclarity has appointed a new channel manager in Andrew Wilson, formerly a business development manager for Gamma Telecom.

“These fantastic new hires will strengthen Inclarity’s position as a leading hosted IP telephony provider to businesses across the UK, and will fulfil a need to drive further sales increases in 2007 after our strong performance last year,” said Adrian Hughes, CEO of Inclarity. “We are delighted to have such seasoned telecommunications professionals spearheading our sales efforts.”

Andrew Wilson brings more than seven years experience managing commercial channel relationships in the telecommunications industry, working for some of the UK’s top five carriers including Cable & Wireless and Gamma Telecom. In this new role he will oversee current and new channel relationships for Inclarity.

Millett brings a proven skillset to Inclarity from more than 25 years experience working in the UK telecommunications market, having performed senior roles in strategy, planning, business development, customer services and marketing for providers including Avaya, Siemens and BT. At Inclarity, Millett will be tasked with efficient operation of the company to support its rapid expansion, following a 750 per cent increase in sales of Hosted VoIP services in 2006. Prior to Nortel, he served as business development director for Avaya where he achieved a 300% growth in services revenue from its channel partner programme.

“Across the UK, businesses are waking up to the power of replacing traditional PBX (Private Branch Exchange) telephone systems with hosted VoIP, which can offer dramatic costs savings and more flexible business practices such as remote working,” said Millett. “I’m excited at the prospect of helping UK organisations improve overheads and achieve better flexibility through Inclarity’s communication systems.”
