Inclarity has unveiled a brand new training centre at its Wembley headquarters providing technical training and support to end-users and resellers who are part of its new channel programme. The training suite contains networked equipment enabling channel partners to also offer administrator training to new and existing customers who want to learn how to get the most from their Inclarity hosted voice over IP (VoIP) service.
Inclarity will offer a full day administrator training package enabling customers to get more from their feature-rich hosted VoIP system. In the purpose-built classroom, complete with PCs, phones and a live working system, attendees will be able to learn more about innovative features such as click-to-dial (allowing users to make a call directly from their laptop or PC), how to forward voicemails via email, reroute calls and change hunt groups.
A four day technical training course will also be offered to new business partners in a high-tech classroom with an advanced technical work area. Resellers will be trained by experts to quickly and effectively install and support Inclarity’s hosted VoIP system.
Dave Millett, Operations Director at Inclarity, comments: “Our new training centre puts us on a par with the PBX vendors. Inclarity is now one of the few hosted VoIP providers to offer in-depth technical training to partners ensuing that they have the right tools and experience to implement our solution. We’re really proud of what we’ve been able to achieve as its top of the range compared with other hosted VoIP vendors. Our first technical training course is already sold out, so we’re expecting it to prove extremely popular.”
Tony Nestor, Managing Director of Definite Networks, one of Inclarity’s new channel programme partners, adds: “The administrator training will also be highly beneficial to our customers who want to leverage the best from their hosted VoIP investment. The new state-of-the-art training facilities will be a tremendous asset to our clients.”
Inclarity is offering a price reduction to the first 20 customers that request administrator training.
