To celebrate its 35th anniversary, global cabling specialist Brand–Rex is offering its leading installers the chance to jet-off to the Caribbean on an all exclusive holiday to Barbados.
The offer is all part of Brand-Rex’s unique Brand-Breaks Loyalty Programme and the first winners have now been announced, with two employees from Electron Technical Services set to enjoy some much needed winter sunshine in November.
Brand-Rex’s key national installers were all set 12 month sales targets back in August 2007 based on the value of Brand-Rex systems that they sold. Companies that reached the target were awarded a Brand-Break voucher, and those that went on to exceed their goal received a further voucher for every extra £25,000 of spend.
The programme was structured so that it was open to both large and small installers, with a series of scaled prizes on offer. For one voucher, Brand-Rex made a £250 contribution to an event of the winner’s choice, two vouchers won a luxury two night break in the UK for two people, while a third up-graded the weekend to Spain.
A series of key projects involving Brand-Rex and distribution partner NBM Distribution, have helped Electron become the first company to gain four vouchers, and scoop a coveted Caribbean break.
Ian Wilkie, Brand-Rex’s business and marketing director, explains: “Our installers are a key part of the team that’s helped us to achieve 35 years of success, so we thought we’d mark this anniversary with a very special incentive.
“We’ve worked with our installers to develop realistic targets based around sales of our extensive range of solutions. And it certainly seems to have worked, because we expect to announce the next winners very soon.”
Other prizes include hotel breaks in the UK and a luxury weekend in Spain, and Brand-Rex now intends to role out the scheme next year.
