Interquartz Launch Black Hotel Phone

UK telephone vendor Interquartz says that due to the popularity of their dedicated hotel/hospitality telephone range the company has now introduced the 9281 in black to complement the existing grey models.

Designed with guest bedrooms in mind, the Voyager Basic features 10 guest-friendly buttons to give single-touch access to hotel facilities.

Additionally, the phone can be customised to individual hotel requirements with the full-length inlay card printed with the hotel’s logo and address details as well as with ‘icon’ images over the guest buttons.

Each model has a message-waiting light that’s compatible with most hotel switchboards, ringer light, lockable mute, switchable recall and a modem port for laptop/PC connection. They are hearing aid compatible and wall mountable, requiring no additional bracket.

The phone is covered by Interquartz’s six year warranty and is also compliant to RoHS standards (Restriction of use of certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and WEEE directives (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

Charles Williams, Interquartz’s Manager, said: “Interquartz has steadily grown its share in the hotel and hospitality sector because the Voyager range is built to the highest standards so it can withstand the rigours of daily wear and tear and continue to look good for years.

“Some of the larger hotel chains that regularly update their interior décor expressed a desire for an alternative colour. The new black Voyager has a very contemporary look and feel.”
