Vendor of IP PBX telephony system for SME customers (up to 25 extensions on the IPcts, and 50 on the IPcts-E), says no other product equals their IPcts on its mix of features, flexibility and price, and for this reason we are witnessing positive uptake of our products throughout the UK and worldwide.
“Given the stage at which AYC Telecom and the product is at, combined with the maturing of the market, we firmly believe that 2007 is set to be a bumper year. We have started to put the foundations in place to enable this predicted success, most recently through the partneship signing with Cirencester based VAD, Zycko. This strategic partnership enables resellers to gain the sales, marketing and technical support required to drive sales. Furthermore it enables us to offer our product set into new country markets.
The launch of the internal 4 port Analogue PSTN card now enables resellers to offer a ‘one box’ solution. With Analogue and ISDN gateways the system can be used as a traditional PBX, or deployed as an ‘IP only’ system using the 16 trunk lines built into the system. A third option is to deploy a mix of Analogue, ISDN and / or IP. This flexibility enables the precise requirements of the customer to be met, whilst giving resellers the option of meeting a range of end user requirements.
Given the nature of this competitive market, we have ensured that there is additional value within the sale for our reseller partners. Leading, accredited engineers are now installing AYC systems in conjunction with SIP trunk services, tested in conjunction with the IPcts products. This allows the reseller to generate additional professional service revenues. The onboard VoIP Network Analyser Tool and additional Operator Console and Call History Logger products all offer additional revenue streams.
