ITEC Intelligent Services Ltd has acquired the assets, customer base and goodwill of Solutions4Comms Ltd.
John Teague, Chairman of ITEC Intelligent Services said: “We at ITEC have been working with Solutions4Comms for 2 or 3 years now and have many great synergies between the businesses.
Both companies are channel only service organisations focused in slightly different technology areas but share common values. Integrating the two businesses will enhance the service offering available to the Solutions4Comms customer base with services such as 24 x 7 technical helpdesk and global capability.
ITEC is also delighted to welcome John Ibison to the ITEC team as part of this acquisition. John has a wealth of industry and service knowledge and will add a great deal of value to our existing set up. John joins the team as ITEC’s commercial manager.”
