Kingston Communications is to partner with Windsor Telecom in a two year contract worth £1.8 million per annum to deliver the new 03 ‘UK Wide’ number range, as well as 08 and carrier pre-selection traffic for Windsor’s customers.
The contract will see Kingston Communications’ call management platform, Myriad, being used to host and manage all of Windsor’s 03 number ranges and a large proportion of its 08 number ranges, which deliver in excess of three million call minutes per month. This will also enable customers to take advantage of Windsor’s popular call management services.
Windsor Telecom is the UK’s second largest supplier of 0845 numbers and counts Sony, Habitat and Thomson Directories amongst the 9,000 business customers to whom it provides inbound call management solutions.
