Gamma has announced the appointment of Lauren McManus as its head of marketing for channel.

In this newly created role, McManus will be responsible for building integrated marketing strategies, with focus on the company’s go-to-market approach. She will also drive channel partner engagement and commercial growth.

“I am delighted to be joining Gamma at such a significant time. Gamma is a forward-thinking, dynamic organisation which is incredibly partner-centric,” said McManus.

McManus joins Gamma after five years at Daisy Wholesale, now Digital Wholesale Solutions, where she was responsible for steering the team through the rebrand and defining a new market development strategy to acquire IT resellers. She was a finalist in the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s 2019 Marketer of the Year Award category and featured on the CRN Women in Channel A-list 2019.

Gamma has said it is looking to bring a variety of new and enhanced products to market early next year, including contact centre, a WLR replacement, a reinvigorated mobile proposition, and updates to Horizon Collaborate (the company’s unified comms solution).
