Logicalis UK has formed a new partnership with Fuze, a UCaaS provider. The addition of Fuze’s cloud-based communications solution for the modern global enterprise extends the scope of Logicalis’ Digital Workplace portfolio.
Michael Robinson, Practice Director – Core Portfolio at Logicalis UK, comments: “Customers accelerating their journey to more dynamic working practices, particularly those without the legacy of existing infrastructure, want to get up and running extremely quickly with their unique choice of productivity-enhancing business communications. That makes Fuze the perfect complement to our existing Unified Communications portfolio, extending our ability to address any customer business objective in the most appropriate way.”
The Fuze UCaaS solution combines voice, video and messaging via a single, easy to deploy app. Delivered entirely via the cloud, the unified platform provides IP telephony, video conferencing, group chat, and always-on collaboration in the form of a Logicalis managed service backed up by 24/7 support and professional services.
“Logicalis has a reputation for excellence in enterprise IT and is the ideal partner to support our continuing growth trajectory into new market opportunities,” said Kris Wood, VP EMEA at Fuze. “Customers adopting our technology benefit from the agility and resilience of true cloud infrastructure, together with open APIs for seamless integration across the organisation and a reimagined user experience that marries familiar consumer preferences with optimal business performance.”
