M12 Solutions are celebrating this month having reached the Investors in People Gold Standard. The IiP accreditation recognises businesses that can demonstrate incredibly high standards of people development, workforce learning, support, teamwork and innovation.
The team celebrated their achievement with a lavish evening of football and fine dining in the comfort of a stylish hospitality box at the Southampton Football Stadium, where they watched the Southampton vs Aston Villa match. The team wore something gold to mark their achievement and the evening provided an unforgettable experience for the whole company.
MD Andrew Skipsey says, “We’ve been an Investor in People firm since 2004 and it has always made a difference internally. The fact that we have been recognised with Gold Status is a huge testament to the credibility of M12 Solutions being a Telecoms business with core value to serve its clients well. I have a great team of people who do an excellent job, who all work with a common purpose and goals. This results in our clients being extremely happy with the high level of service and care we provide, and the positive feedback we receive is evidence of this. IiP is a cornerstone to ensure we collectively keep ahead and develop professionally.”
The Gold Standard Investors in People is only awarded to businesses who meet stringent assessment criteria. In order to achieve the Gold Standard businesses have to undergo intensive assessments that take place over several days, and they must meet 165 or more of the 196 stringent standards. M12 now form part of the exclusive 3% of Investors in People who achieve Gold status.
