Maintel names new CFO

Maintel has announced the appointment of Gabriel Pirona to the Maintel Board as chief financial officer. Pirona (pictured above) will start his new role from 3rd May and will play a central role in Maintel's transformation and growth strategy.

Pirona joins Maintel from Agilisys, where he was Group CFO and prior to that he held roles at Selecta, Photo-Me International, and Recall.

Gabriel Pirona, newly appointed chief financial officer for Maintel said, “I am thrilled to be joining Maintel at what is an exciting time for the company. I look forward to furthering the success and innovation that the business has achieved in recent years.

“I hope to implement my 25 years of experience to deliver the long-term strategy of the business and create new opportunities for the clients and the organisation, while enhancing shareholders’ value.”

Through his career Pirona has gained extensive and relevant strategic financial and business transformation experience. He trained at PwC and has significant knowledge of company strategy, public markets and previously led multiple successful acquisitions.
