Matrix Partner Programme to Generate Sales Leads

Virtual network Operator Matrix is set to launch a new channel program on 2 February designed to re-set the balance between carriers and resellers.

Matrix says the carrier/reseller relationship is changing. “As is the case with many relationships, one side feels it is putting more in than it is getting out, and for some resellers, looking to source off-the-shelf connectivity directly, it is proving increasingly difficult and unprofitable.”

Matrix ViNO (Virtual indirect Network Operator) say they leverage their strong carrier relationships to offer reseller partners carrier services at a fraction of the cost of buying direct. This enables resellers to preserve a healthy margin, whist at the same time being able to offer the end-user additional, value-add services.

The company says that using Matrix ViNO enables resellers to provide their customers with a fully managed carrier services package, all under the resellers’ brand, allowing the resellers to forge stronger relationships with their customers. Third-party billing services maintain the resellers brand at the forefront of customer communications, whilst a 24/7/365 Network Operations Centre provides the end-user with the added peace of mind of a fully maintained network.

On top of this, Matrix ViNO has developed a partner programme with reciprocal benefits for its top reseller partners. This programme will see Matrix ViNO actively generating sales leads for its partners and providing further support to close the sale.
