Distributor Nimans says its dedicated Siemens division is going from strength to strength, fuelled by record sales, a growing customer base and a new industry accolade.
“We have a dynamic and experienced team in place which has taken some major steps forward over the last six months. For example there’s a wide range of expertise available with a new technical support team alongside a solid platform to help dealers grow their businesses,” explained Siemens’ Business Manager at Nimans Mike Tongue after the company was named winner of the Siemens 2007 Incentive For Growth.
Tongue said the foundations are very firmly in place for further expansion over the next 12 months, based on huge stock levels and guaranteed next day delivery from ordering as late as 6.30pm.
“More and more resellers are being attracted to Nimans by our exceptional levels of Siemens stock availability – we even have rival distributors buying from us. Customers are coming over to us because they know how good we are. They appreciate our honest and straightforward approach and many have visited our world class logistics operation in Manchester to meet the people who run it and see for themselves how we are a breed apart in terms of Siemens distribution.”
He added: “Our philosophy is based on offering the same levels of support provided by direct account status. We continue to make major steps in taking the business forward, offering resellers exceptional levels of service and product expertise. This has been demonstrated by record monthly sales throughout the Summer, as we continue to attract even more resellers to our flourishing customer base, including many high profile accounts.”
