Avaya Distributor of the Year MTV Telecom is keen to help their resellers gain more business in the growing UK call centre market and has put in place a specialist course for their partners in February.
MTV Telecom’s two-day Avaya CCC (Contact Call Centre) course is designed to give resellers a technical competence as well as ensuring resellers are familiar with the market requirements and show how the Avaya IP Office is perfectly suited to SME call centre applications.
Managing Director Natalie Foers commented, “A new report published by Market & Business Development says that the number of call centres in the UK is believed to have increased by 3% to 6255 in 2007. These numbers generally reflect the more formal call centre market and can be considered the ‘tip of the iceberg’ when it comes to evaluating the actual number of organisations running call centre type applications.”
Foers continued, “We feel that the time is right for resellers to attack this market armed with all the facts and figures at their disposal together with knowledge of the features and benefits that Avaya CCC can bring to this market. This two day course is more unique – others often cover the subject in a single day – so MTV Telecom resellers that attend will be certain of being well placed to exploit the sales opportunity of a growing market.”
MTV Telecom will be running the CCC courses on a monthly basis, with the first being held on the 5/6 February.
