Webinars highlighting how NEC resellers can maximise sales opportunities in various vertical markets are being hailed a great success. The 45-minute sessions from Nimans and Rocom demonstrated how NEC’s acclaimed SV8100 platform is ideally suited to different market sectors.
The webinars ran over two months, spanning hospitality, education, healthcare and the legal professions – with almost 80 resellers taking part.
Nimans’ NEC Business Manager, Lynnette Smith, says the SV8100 has become a firm favourite as a cost effective and feature rich communication platform.
“We wanted to highlight how specific elements of the system can be applied to different market sectors. For example call recording is more relevant for legal professionals whilst mobile extension functionality is particularly beneficial for doctors’ surgeries.
“Rather than just highlighting a broad range of features, the webinars helped drill down on specific benefits and applications to maximise sales opportunities for dealers operating in defined market sectors,” she outlined. “The response was fantastic with many resellers commenting how they found the exercise very worthwhile – opening their eyes to sales potential often outside their comfort zones. We are planning more webinars for the future.”
