NFON has announced their new cloud based PBX service which has been ten years in the making, it will be available in Q1 2018. The new NFON service integrates functionality such as Voice, Transfer, Telephone Handover, Click2Dial, Call List & Voicemail, Contacts, eFax, Subscribed Audio Conferences and source-based call forwarding in an app for Android, iOS and Windows and macOS.
With its WebRTC functionality NFON has developed applications for Android, iOS, Windows and macOS that can also be used through the browser. The NFON application will be the basis for future collaboration services such as screen sharing, group chat and video.
Markus Krammer, vice president of product and business development of NFON AG, said:

Our purpose is to respond to these changes with an evolving all-in-one service, the new generation of NFON, and to provide the communication with the freedom it needs to achieve an implementation that meets the main needs of end users: a variety of options communication, available anytime and anywhere ”
White label partners are given the opportunity to offer the applications under their own brand. The new NFON solution will be fully developed internally and will be on the market in the course of 2018. In the spring of 2018, selected partners will be able to test the beta version and become familiar with the new NFON through training.
