NDG powers One-Touch portal with Union Street Technology

To enhance its partner service offering, NDG Supernet, a wholesale supplier of communications and connectivity services to the channel, has launched One-Touch, a new partner portal. Developed in collaboration with Union Street Technologies One-Touch provides a central hub for NDG Supernet’s partners to manage their customer base, review billing, and provision new products and services.

Speaking on the inspiration behind One-Touch, NDG Supernet’s CEO, Alex Bentley (pictured top right), commented, “Setting up services for end users can be a real pain-point for resellers, often involving repeated data entry and a lot of toing and froing. As the name suggests, One-Touch is slick, simple to use and delivers a streamlined service for channel partners. It has been designed to minimise the time needed to create orders and to cut down on time spent revisiting and reprocessing orders. If additional information is required to complete an order, One-Touch notifies our partners immediately. It can even automate the process of rescheduling engineer appointments when necessary.”

By integrating with Union Street’s aBILLity billing platform, One-Touch also enables NDG Supernet’s partners to bill their customers. Bentley continues, “Using Union Street’s API, we have been able to harness much of aBILLity’s extensive functionality to power One-Touch’s billing capabilities. Because all customer data is held in One-Touch, there’s no need for our partners to re-enter this data into a separate billing system. Integrating billing and provisioning in One-Touch ensures that whenever a customer is won or uplifted, charges are applied to their account automatically. All billing is white-labelled with our partners’ branding as they have complete ownership of the customer relationship.”
