A Manchester Open Day attracted dealers from far and wide as they learnt about the OpenScape Office platform, how they can capitalise on fast-track accreditation and also gain expert advice about best-practice marketing.
The format of turning up at their own convenience to gain face-to-face personal advice, proved a resounding success.
One York-based attendee confirmed: “We set up the company last year and use Nimans to buy systems equipment. The business is going from strength-to-strength so we came here today to build our product knowledge, meet key people, see what’s going on and find out about the latest developments. We’ve got some big installs in the pipeline and a day like this helps us take the next step forward.”
His positive comments were echoed by a Stoke-on-Trent counterpart who said: “We thought we’d come here to meet a few people and learn more about the latest technology. We didn’t know what to expect but it’s been a very worthwhile experience. Just being able to call in and come and go as we please rather than turn up at a set time was a great idea and very convenient.”
