Nimans has regained its Siemens Distributor of the Year crown, won for the first time in 2006. Systems Sales Director Phil Adams picked up the 2008 accolade at the vendor’s annual partner conference and commented: “This award further recognises our expertise in the channel, from world class logistics to high levels of pre and post sales support and technical assistance.
“We enjoy a great working relationship with Siemens and would like to pay tribute to the support of our loyal customers and also our highly skilled and dedicated workforce.”
Nimans first won the accolade two years ago and then picked-up the Siemens Incentive For Growth 2007. The company is now one of only four UK distributors for Siemens’ range of voice and Unified Communications solutions after the manufacturer abandoned its two-tier route to market last Summer.
Leon Mangan, Siemens’ Sales Director (Indirect Channel), paid tribute to the tremendous progress achieved by Nimans during 2008. “We recognise the exceptional sales growth over the past year, strong commitment to the channel and close working relationship. Nimans is a shining example of a top performing distributor and is a key component of our pure distribution model, as we continue to offer the finest service levels to our growing customer base.”
