A new improved and easy-to-use website has been launched by Nimans, part of an enhanced digital services platform – that’s been given a resounding thumbs-up by the reseller community.
The new-look website contains thousands of the latest comms innovations as part of a more interactive and intuitive customer experience.
Group Operations Director, John Cunningham, says the upgraded nimans.net website is easier to navigate and quicker to place and track orders – developed following extensive testing and positive reseller feedback. “Web-based sales are playing a much more prominent role for us, complementing the exceptional dealer service provided by individual Account Managers.
“The website is part of the Nimans digital services platform that includes an improved e-cat retail shop facility – a hosted online catalogue that’s reseller-branded and fully customisable.”
John concluded: “We launched the website following months of testing and interaction with resellers. We paid particular attention to their wishes and have developed a very user friendly online experience. Nimans has always been easy to do business with and the new website is a further tangible illustration of this ethos. Resellers indicated they were particularly impressed by the increased functionality and interaction.”
