Nimans’ Roadshows Gear Up For Success

Dealers have given an enthusiastic response to the first 2007 roadshows from telecoms distributor Nimans, hailing them an informative and valuable experience. Resellers converged at Manchester and Basingstoke venues to hear about the latest product advances from Ericsson, in particular the MD Evolution telephone system and the Ericsson Mobile Organiser (EMO).

“This is the first roadshow I have attended in a while and I found it very useful,” said Pete Rutherford from Direct Communications, St Ives, Cambridgeshire. “I learned a lot about the product and I’m sure we will be taking our interest further. We don’t deal with Ericsson at the moment but this event has shown me that the MD Evolution is a powerful system. I am particularly impressed by the mobile extensions - it’s a whole box solution we will be looking to present which will appeal to our SME customers.”

Nimans’ Ericsson Business Manager Ian Nuttall said the company is running a series of high profile roadshows throughout 2007, showcasing technology from key vendors. He hailed the first events a resounding success and commented afterwards: “The vast majority of dealers here are new to Ericsson which indicates how we are managing to grow the channel. The positive feedback and enthusiastic interest is very encouraging and illustrates just how important these type of events are to dealers.”
