Nimans Supports Unify Event and Vision

Nimans played a role at Unify ‘s recent UK Partner Forum as resellers from across the country converged to be recognised for their sales success.

The audience heard how innovative technology continues drive a business revolution where work is no longer a place we go to, it's what we do! For many people the traditional 9-5 is over.

Nimans and headset manufacturer Jabra sponsored an awards category at the Milton Keynes Stadium event and joined both Unify and headset manufacturer Jabra in outlining how innovative technology can inspire new working trends.

“In the next year a third of the workforce will be mobile as businesses and their employees work in smarter, more productive and flexible ways,” outlined Jason Welsh, Nimans’ Headset Business Manager. “These trends are at the heart of a new partnership between Unify, Jabra and Nimans designed to harness today’s ‘anywhere worker’ explosion.”

Jabra is the first professional headset vendor fully integrated with Unify's WebRTC based collaboration cloud application - Circuit. Circuit provides the ability to communicate in a single app - voice, video, screen share, chat, and file sharing – based on ‘collaboration made simple’.

“Using Jabra and Circuit, workers are effortlessly mobile; enjoying enterprise voice, video and web collaboration via an intuitive interface that rivals the very best smartphone and tablet experiences,” Jason added.

“As the only UK distributor of both Jabra and Unify, Nimans holds a unique place in the market. Together we can deliver a consumer-like experience in a powerful enterprise communications package. Welcome to Circuit with Jabra and Nimans. It’s a new way to work.”

In addition, Nimans has teamed-up with Unify to offer resellers a compelling new way into cloud-based communications – and a step into the future.

The ‘private cloud’ offering from Unify is powered by data centre provider Virtual 1 and offers resellers powerful new ways to capture additional revenue streams – from a full system feature-set. The technology provides full OpenScape Business functionality and is based on a flexible ’per user per month’ licensing model which scales up to 1,500 users.
