O-bit Telecom has announced the launch of a new inter departmental team, the Jeopardy Team. Headed by Operations Director Shad Vasudevan, the team has been established as part of O-bit’s on-going efforts to continually improve the level of customer service offered to Resellers.
Alongside Vasudevan, Repairs Manager Kim Thompson and Provisioning Manager Dan Philips will unite to streamline any special projects which fall outside of the standard remit of their respective departments. This could include anything from a reduced SLA to a pioneering technical requirement.
Vasudevan commented. “The launch of the team will ensure projects are allocated the correct time and level of expertise required to meet SLA and importantly the client’s needs.”
Acting a central point of contact the Jeopardy team will provide resellers with complex requirements with a dedicated contact. As an expert in their particular field they will be able to provide regular updates, expert advice and importantly timely resolutions.
