The new software aims to provide resellers with the advantage of never missing a call again. If resellers found themselves in a situation with both IP lines down; this new system would direct calls to an NGN number which will then transfer through and allow the reseller to direct the call where they wish. In this situation, a worst case scenario would mean the call would be directed to a mobile number and a voicemail may be received; no call would ever be completely missed.
O-bit’s level 2 DR solution is brand new on the market and currently the most flexible product in the industry, placing it high above any possible future competitors. Its flexibility is its selling point; the reseller can choose to transfer calls to any mobile or landline. The only comparative product on the market only allows the reseller to direct calls to a fixed line number.
