O2 today announced the launch of All In, its brand new communication package developed especially to meet the unique needs of some of Britain’s smallest and fast-growing companies

The first ever business package of its kind in the UK market, All In brings together the very best of O2’s mobile, landline and broadband services, along with a dedicated business support team exclusively for All In customers. The package helps businesses get more from their communications with a flexible, reliable, easy to implement service, for less than ever before.

All In provides customers with access to more calls, texts and more data– with unlimited calls from your mobile, unlimited texts and 1 GB data, all at a low monthly rate. Eligible O2 business customers and new joiners can take advantage of the new package with either a SIM only 12 month contract or a 24 month contract with a new handset. The SIM only 12 month contract provides mobile, landline and broadband at £41.67 ex VAT with a saving of over 30% on the regular retail price (RRP). The 24 month contract with a new handset includes mobile, landline and broadband at £49.99 ex VAT with a saving of over 10% on RRP. Both contracts include access to a dedicated business team, to provide small business customers with expert advice whenever they need it.

Most importantly, All In also delivers business customers with the flexibility they need, by making it super straightforward for customers looking to make the switch from existing contracts to the new package. For companies that want to take advantage of the offer immediately, O2 helps to side-step the usual stress of dealing with multiple providers by giving All In customers nine months to switch their broadband and landline services over, as and when old contracts come to an end. This means no double billing, lower costs and minimal fuss. New customers that choose to sign up for all three services of the All In package will receive a £10 credit per service for each month that their fixed line and broadband aren’t connected.

Time and time again, small businesses are proving themselves to be one of the bellwethers of the British economy. But against a tough economic backdrop and with multiple tasks to juggle, these small companies are often missing out on the best value deals when it comes to business services. O2 spoke to hundreds of business customers, to identify the real needs of small businesses when it comes to investing in communications services and found that despite a variety of products on the market, many of these small companies still feel under-serviced by providers. Greater reliability with less hassle is the order of the day. In response to this growing customer demand, O2’s All In package, the latest in its Joined Up Communications portfolio, has been created to help these businesses take a step towards easier, more manageable business communications, by putting all the services they need within one contract, with one manageable monthly bill.

Claire Darley, Head of Head of Small and Medium Business Sales at O2 commented: “Whether you’re a plumber, a florist or small taxi firm, in the digital world that we live in now, communications sit at the heart of making our businesses a success. No matter what size your company, O2 understands the processes and pressures of running a small company every day are absolutely unique. For small enterprises both time and money are precious, and simple services that provide them with the right type of support for their business make all the difference. We know that small businesses want more from their network. That’s why we’re taking our commitment to delivering value to British businesses to the next level with All In – by creating a practical offering that delivers small companies with true value and the services that they deserve, at a better price point than ever before.”

In addition to support from their dedicated business team, O2’s small business customers can also seek help and advice on technical issues from O2 Gurus in O2 Retail and online, who provide advice on the best technology for their business, as well as the ongoing development and sharing of better working practices, to support every element of small business life.
