Oak, a Mitel Developer Partner, has completed its Mitel SRC Server development delivering VoIP call recording on the Mitel platform.
“Oaks new call recording software, the Record module from its integrated Comms Suite of applications works incredibly well with both TDM and VoIP and, of course, a mixture of both making it particularly well-suited as a reseller solution,” commented Oak’s Phil Reynolds..
The vendor says that Record meets all recording needs across the scale from 10 extensions of VoIP to 480 trunks of ISDN.
